House Rule

  • You must check in on arrival, please provide us with the necessary documents (passport or identity card, address card) on a temporary basis. The accommodation can be booked between 15.00 and 20.00 on the day of arrival. Other times are only possible in consultation with the hotel.
  • Reserved and confirmed services must be paid for upon arrival. If the stay is terminated for no apparent reason, we will not be able to refund you. In the event of a request for a refund, a statement certified by witnesses must be provided to the landlord.
  • You must leave the property by 10:00 on the day of departure. Before leaving, the accommodation provider or its representative has the right to check the condition of the accommodation. In the event of damage or injury exceeding the general use, compensation must be paid on the spot!
  • You will receive a key to the guest house on arrival, please hand it over to the landlord or representative on the day of departure. In case of loss, the replacement costs will be reimbursed on site.
  • Visitors can only be received with the permission of the landlord! During their stay, registered guests have a financial and moral responsibility for them.
  • In view of the silence regulation and their environment, please refrain from any noisy activities.
  • Please do not smoke in the guest house, either traditional or in any other way. Smoking waste is allowed on the terrace or in the garden.
  • Pets are only allowed with the consent of the landlord and must be held responsible for them.
  • Please ensure that the services of the guest house are used responsibly and without accidents. Clean kitchen utensils and tableware after use. Do not leave switched on devices unattended. If necessary, ask the landlord for help in using the tools and equipment in the guest house.
  • A security deposit of HUF 15,000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. Damage caused in the area of ​​the guest house is to be compensated by the pest or its legal representative.
  • We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept guests who are intoxicated or otherwise affected and who are dangerous to themselves or others!
  • In the event of a serious, intentional violation of the policy, the landlord may refuse to stay without a refund.Cleaning once a week with a change of bed linen and towels (for stays longer than one week), daily cleaning is available on request.
